Terms and conditions

  • All payments must be made in a timely manner.

  • Any fees for transfer of funds such as exchange rates and international bank transfer fees is the responsibility of the payee and must be absorbed at their end. 

  • Your 50% deposit is fully non refundable and non transferable.

  • Cancellation more than four weeks before the start date: refund of full amount minus the deposit.

  • Cancellation less than four weeks before the start date: no refund.

  • No refunds will be made for not attending or completing the course.

  • If we need to cancel the training for any reason we would only do this in exceptional circumstances that mean we are unable to offer the event as advertised, or if there are insufficient numbers to make it viable to go ahead. 

  • Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as we have knowledge of the cancellation and will refund you the full amount you have paid. 

  • We are not responsible for any additional expenses you may incur such as travel, accommodation.

  • We are not responsible for injury, illness, loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.

  • Should you have any health concerns it is your responsibility to consult a doctor to confirm that you are in good health to join the training.

  • We may take photos or videos during the training for promotional and marketing purposes. We will assume that you are happy with this unless you specifically state otherwise.
