Payment, refund, and cancellation policy…
All payments must be made in a timely manner.
Any fees for transfer of funds such as exchange rates and international bank transfer fees is the responsibility of the payee and must be absorbed at their end.
Your retreat deposit is fully non refundable and non transferable.
For cancellations less than three months before the start date there will be no refunds unless the retreat is full and your place can be filled from a waiting list. In these cases we will refund the fee (minus the deposit and a 15% admin fee).
For cancellations more than three months before the start date you will be refunded minus the deposit, and a further 15% admin fee on the refundable amount.
We are unable to give refunds in the case of cancelled or missed transport (trains, aeroplanes etc) or any other events out of our control. Please ensure you take out relevant insurance to protect yourself against this.
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat for any reason. We would only do this in exceptional circumstances that mean we are unable to offer the event as advertised, or if there are insufficient numbers to make it viable to go ahead.
Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as we have knowledge of the cancellation and will refund you the full amount you have paid.
We will not be responsible for any additional expenses which you may have incurred, including travel, accommodation or exchange rate losses. Please ensure you take out relevant insurance to protect yourself against this.
